Amphetamine

Amphetamine is a powerful stimulant that stimulates the central nervous system. It is used medically to treat ADHD and narcolepsy, as it can increase concentration and alertness. In Germany, it is sometimes prescribed under brand names such as "Attentin".

However, amphetamine is also often consumed illegally because it makes you alert and full of energy. Amphetamine is often called "speed", "pep" or "uppers" on the street in Germany. However, the abuse of these substances can lead to serious health problems, such as addiction, cardiovascular problems and mental disorders.
